Takeo: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth , Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and a representative of the family of Samdech Vibol Panha Sok An and H.E. Ouch Phea, Governor of Takeo Province, presided over the General Assembly for 5 years of Samdach Vibol Panha Sok An Teacher Association Takeo with the participation of Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Ladies and Gentlemen, Advisory Councils and Municipal Councils at the meeting hall of Takeo Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sports.

Samdach Vibol Panha Sok An Teacher Association Takeo was established on June 21, 2016 on the glorious initiative of Samdech Vibol Panha Sok An in order to assist teachers and academic staff throughout Takeo to mprove the quality of life and help promote the high efficiency of the profession.
