Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, attended the the Ceremony of the Honorary Title “Patron” of the World Fellowship Buddhist and “Honorary DoctorateI Humanities” from the National Universitas Nigeri Padang, to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the honorary “Senior Advisor” of the World Buddhist Organization to H.E. Dr. HUN Manet at Wat Phnom Cultural and Historical Site.
The Prime Minister said that the awarding of honorary degrees and honors is a great honor for the Samdech and all Cambodians, and highlighted the invaluable relationship between Buddhism, development and peace. Positive, harmonious of humanity.
