នាឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តម ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី បានផ្តាំផ្ញើការសួរសុខទុក្ខពីសំណាក់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន និងសម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុន សែន ជូនចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ អស់លោក លោកស្រី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការ សប្បុរសជន ជីដូន ជីតា មីង មីង លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ សិស្សានុសិស្ស និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់ដែលមានវត្តមានក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធឆ្លងមហាកុដិធម្មត្រ័យ សមិទ្ធផលនានា និងស្រោចស្រពព្រះសុគន្ធវារី ក្នុងវត្តឧទុម្ភរក្រោម។

ឯកឧត្តមបានបន្តថា ប្រវត្តិនៃវត្តឧទុម្ភរក្រោម ក៏បានឆ្លុះបញ្ជាំងពីប្រវត្តិព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាដែរ ដោយហេតុថា កាលរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ វត្តអារាមបានក្លាយជាកន្លែងផ្ទុកស្បៀង សម្ភារៈនានា ក៏ដូចជាអាវុធ។ ប៉ុន្តែ ក្រោមម្លប់នៃសន្តិភាព តាមរយៈការអភិវឌ្ឍពុទ្ធចក្រ អាណាចក្រ ក៏បានផ្ដល់ជាឱកាសដល់ពុទ្ធសាសនិកទាំងអស់ដែលមានលទ្ធភាព អាចចូល រួមជួយដល់ទីវត្តអារាមណាមួយតាមសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លារបស់ខ្លួន ជាក់ស្ដែងដូចជាថ្ងៃនេះផ្ទាល់ ដែលមហាកុដិធម្មត្រ័យពីរជាន់ និងសមិទ្ធផលនានា ត្រូវបានសម្ពោធឆ្លង បន្ទាប់ពីការជួយ ជ្រោមជ្រែង និងការចូលរួមថវិការបស់ពុទ្ធបរិស័ទជិត ឆ្ងាយនាពេលកន្លងមក។

ឯកឧត្តម បានរំលឹកនិងលើកសរសើរដល់ស្នាដៃរបស់ សម្តេចវិបុលបញ្ញា សុខ អាន ជាច្រេីនដូចជា ស្នាដៃប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ក៏ដូចជាការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អង្គរសង្ក្រាន្ត។

ឯកឧត្តមបានលើកឡើងថា ពាក្យ « អរគុណសន្តិភាព» ស្តាប់ទៅហាក់បីដូចជាសាមញ្ញ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែពេលលឺពាក្យនេះ វាមិនសាមញ្ញពេកនោះទេ ដោយបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ដើម្បីយល់ពីគុណតម្លៃនៃសុខសន្តិភាព យើងគប្បីប្រៀបធៀបពេលដែលគ្មានសុខសន្តិភាព។ ឯកឧត្តមបានរំលេចផងដែរថា សុខសន្តិភាព ជាការទាក់ទាញអ្នកវិនិយោគជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ដែលមានភាពប្រទាក់ក្រឡាគ្នាក្នុងការផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមានឱកាសទទួលបានការងារ និងប្រាក់កម្រៃសមរម្យសម្រាប់ទ្រទ្រង់ជីវភាពប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។ ឯកឧត្តមបានបន្តថា អត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃសុខសន្តិភាព នឹងផ្តល់ជូនកូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយនូវភាពសុខស្រួលក្នុងការរស់រាន សិក្សារៀនសូត្រ និងប្រកបការងារចិញ្ចឹមជីវិត។

Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the UYFC-Takeo, attached the Inauguration Ceremony of the Great Dome of Achievements and Irrigation of Preah Sokun Vary, Wat Otumpor Krom, under the high presidency of H.E. Hun Many, High Representative of Samdach Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, and Samdech Kittipritthbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen in Kampong village, Preah Bat Choan Chum commune, Kirivong district, Takeo province.

On that occasion, H.E. Hun Many sent greetings from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen to Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Ladies and Gentlemen, Leaders, Government Officials, Philanthropists, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Teachers, Students, and all the people who were present at the inauguration ceremony of the great dome, achievements, and irrigation of Preah Sokun Vary in Wat Otumtpor Krom.

H.E. continued that the history of Wat Outumpor Krom also reflects the history of the Kingdom of Cambodia because, during the genocidal regime, the pagoda became a place to store food, materials, and weapons. But under the shadow of peace, through the development of the Buddhist empire, the empire also provided an opportunity for all Buddhists to be able to contribute to any pagoda in their own generosity, as it is today, with its two-story dome and achievements were inaugurated after the help and financial contribution of Buddhists in the past.

His Excellency reminded and praised the work of Samdech Vibol Panha Sok An in many ways, such as the work of the Temple of Preah Vihear, as well as the organization of Angkor Sankranta.

H.E. said that the word “Grateful for Peace” sounds simple, but when you hear it, it is not too simple, emphasizing that to understand the value of peace, we should compare when there is no peace. He also highlighted that peace is the attraction of national and international investors who are intertwined in providing opportunities for people to have jobs and decent wages to support daily life. He added that the benefits of peace will provide the next generation with the comfort of survival, education and livelihood.
