Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC)and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia-Takeo (UYFC-Takeo), presided over the inauguration and inauguration ceremony of Samdech Vibol Panha Sok An Tang Yap Library with the participation of Secretary of State, Undersecretary of State and officials of MPTC, Provincial Councilors, Deputy Governors of Takeo Province, Governors of Prey Kabbas District, Taing Yap Commune Council, members of UYFC Prey Kabas District, about 602 people and students of Ang Andet Secondary School and High School.
