Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, chaired a meeting to discuss cooperation between the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, UNDP, and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) to promote digital development in Cambodia with the participation of His Excellency Undersecretary of State, General Secretariat of the Digital Government Committee and experts of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications via video conferencing (Zoom).
