រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានអញ្ជេីញចូលរួមវេទិការាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ជា វ៉ាន់ដេត រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ និង ឯកឧត្តម Chang-Seob HAN អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃនិងសន្តិសុខនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី តំណាងក្រសួងស្ថាប័ន តំណាងរដ្ឋបាលរាជធានីខេត្ត ព្រមទាំងអង្គការសង្គមស៉ីវិល ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ គ្រឹះស្ថានសិក្សា និងវិស័យឯកជន នៅសណ្ឋាគារ ហៃយ៉ាត់ រីជិនស៉ី ភ្នំពេញ និងតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូសន្និសីទ។

Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, participated in the Cambodia-Korea Digital Government Forum under the high presidency of H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications and H.E. Chang-Seob HAN, Deputy Minister of Interior and Security of the Republic of Korea with the participation of H.E, Lok Chumteav, Ladies and Gentlemen, representatives of Ministries, Institutions, representatives provincial administration, as well as civil society organizations, development partners, educational institutions and the private sector at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Phnom Penh and through video conference (Zoom), in the morning September 5, 2022.
