Sok Puthyvuth Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and President of the Project Management Committee on the Establishment and Operation of Education Nursery Using Information and Media Technology under the Grant Development Project of the Republic of Korea, deliver a speech and welcome report at the visit of the pilot project on schools go digital and learning management systems, under the high presidency of H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, and H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, with the participation of His Excellency, Luk Chumteav, leaders of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, leaders of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Mr. Sardar Umar Alam, Director of UNESCO in Cambodia, Ms. Lee Sejin, Deputy Director of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Cambodia, consultants, directors of the Education Broadcasting of Cambodia (EBC), experts, principals and teachers at Hun Sen Serey Pheap High School Takhmao city, Kandal province.
