Sok Puthyvuth, Vice President of the Association of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Kittipritthbandit Scholarship Students (AMT), attended the graduation ceremony for the winners of associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Vanda Institute, under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the participants of His Excellency, Lok Chumteav, Ladies and Gentlemen, Distinguished guests, professors, and students at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center.
