Dr. Chrun Theravat, Member of the Central Committee of the CPP, Vice President of the Central Youth of the CPP and President of the Permanent Committee of the Central Youth of the CPP, High representative of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Vice president of CPP, and President of Central youth of CPP, with the participation of His Excellency, Lok Chumteav, Ladies and Gentlemen members of the permanent Committee of the Central Youth Committee of the CPP and representatives of the Department under the Central Youth of CPP at the CPP Takeo.
