Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) and Co-Chair of Srok Traing’s Royal Government Working Group, attended a gathering ceremony with boatmen from Takeo province under the high presidency of H.E. Dr. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group in Takeo Province With the participation of the leadership of MPTC, the Royal Government team visited Takeo province,the governor of Takeo province, the Royal Government team visited Srok Traing and the team of 6 boat players from Takeo province in Phnom Penh Autonomous Port.
