Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and a member of the Digital Government Committee (DGC), attended a Digital Government Committee Meeting, under the high presidency of H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Digital Government Committee (DGC), with the participation of His Excellency, Lok Chumteav, Ladies and Gentlemen, Vice-presidents, members of DGC, Leaders, and civil servants, total of about 100persons at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.
