ក្រុមការងារយុវជនគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ សូមប្រកាសគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងនូវសារពិសេសរបស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីនិងគម្រោងក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌនៃតំបន់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ កម្ពុជា-ឡាវ-វៀតណាម (CLV-DTA) ដែលជាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមដំបូង របស់កម្ពុជានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩៩ ដែលមាន សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ជានាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគោលបំណងជំរុញសមាហរណកម្មខេត្តជាប់ព្រំដែននៃប្រទេសទាំងបី ដើម្បីប្រែក្លាយព្រំដែននេះទៅជាព្រំដែនមិត្តភាព សាមគ្គីភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ។

The CPP Youth Working Group of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, would like to fully support the special message of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia on July 23, 2024 regarding the implementation of programs and projects, under the framework of the Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle Area (CLV-DTA), which was Cambodia’s first initiative in 1999 with Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen as the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia in order to promote the integration of the border provinces of Cambodia of the three countries to turn this border into a border of friendship, solidarity and development.
