រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយនិងប្រកាសឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ក្របខណ្ឌសមត្ថភាពអក្ខរកម្មឌីជីថល ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងព័ត៌មាន (អ.ឌ.ប.ព.) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ជុន វ៉ាត រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ដោយមានការចូលរួមជាអធិបតីពី លោក Sardar Umar Alam តំណាងអង្គការយូណេស្កូប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា និងលោកស្រី Camilla Ottosson អគ្គទីប្រឹក្សានិងប្រធានស្ថានទូតស៊ុយអែតការិយាល័យប្រចាំទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល តំណាងគ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំ អង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាល វិស័យឯកជន អ្នកបង្កើតមាតិកា និងអ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន មានចំនួនសរុប ប្រមាណជាង ២៨០នាក់។

Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, participated in a Workshop on Dissemination and Announcement of Digital Literacy, Media and Information Framework under the chairmanship of H.E. Chun Vat Secretary of State for the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, with the participated of Mr. Sardar Umar Alam, UNESCO Representative in Cambodia, and Ms. Camilla Ottosson, General Advisor, and Head of the Swedish Embassy in Phnom Penh also the participated of representatives of educational institutions, NGOs, the private sector, content creators and journalists total more than 280peoples.
