H.E. Sok Puthyvuth Attends the Inauguration Ceremony of Takeo Provincial Council for the 4th Mandate

Takeo Province: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Co-Chair of the Local Government Working Group on Traing District participated in the inauguration ceremony of Takeo Provincial Council for the fourth mandate under the high presidency of H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister. Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group on Takeo Province, with the participation of His Excellency Bun Hon, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Interior, His Excellency, Lok Chumteav, Ladies and Gentlemen Takeo Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Ladies and Gentlemen of the 4th Mandate Provincial Councils, Departments around the provinces, relevant authorities at all levels, a total of 190 people at Takeo Provincial Hall.
