EBC បាននិងកំពុងផលិតមាតិកាអប់រំឌីជីថល អភិវឌ្ឍថ្នាលគ្រប់គ្រងមាតិកាឌីជីថល និងថ្នាលអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកជំរុញបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលលើវិស័យអប់រំនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងទូលំទូលាយដល់សិស្សានុសិស្ស លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូ មន្ត្រីរាជការ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទូទំាងប្រទេស។ EBC គឺជាគម្រោងរួមគ្នារវាង ក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន ដោយទទួលបានជំនួយឥតសំណងពីក្រសួងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍ និងព័ត៌មាន (MSIT) នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ និងអនុវត្តដោយស្ថានីយផ្សព្វផ្សាយអប់រំកូរ៉េ (EBS)។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះសមិទ្ធផលដ៏ធំធេង ដែលក្រុមការងារសម្រេចបានកន្លងមក និងបានផ្តល់មតិណែនាំអំពីការជំរុញការប្រើប្រាស់ថ្នាលគ្រប់គ្រងមាតិកាឌីជីថល និងថ្នាលអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៅតាមក្រសួងស្ថាប័ន សាលារៀន និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនានា ការផលិតមាតិកាឌីជីថលឱ្យសម្បូរបែប ជាពិសេសមាតិកាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអក្ខរកម្មឌីជីថលសម្រាប់សិស្ស និងមាតិកាអប់រំឌីជីថលនៅក្នុងវិស័យដទៃទៀត។

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ បានរាយការណ៍អំពីសាវតានៃគម្រោង បញ្ហាប្រឈម សមិទ្ធផលដែលសម្រេចបាន និងទិសដៅទៅមុខរបស់ EBC។ ឯកឧត្តមបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការបង្កើត EBC ជាពិសេសក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនៃវិបត្តិកូវីដ-១៩ ដែលបានពន្លឿនការចាប់យកបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល សំដៅអភិវឌ្ឍការអប់រំនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផ្សេងៗនៅកម្ពុជា។ គម្រោងនេះក៏ជាសកម្មភាពអនុវត្តមួយក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌគោលនយោបាយសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមឌីជីថល ២០២១-២០៣៥ គោលនយោបាយរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថល ២០២២-២០៣៥ និងផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវបច្ចេកវិទ្យាអប់រំ ២០២២ ដើម្បីធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងការអប់រំនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងកសាងពលរដ្ឋឌីជីថលប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន។

H.E. Sok Puthyvuth accompanied His Excellency the Minister of Post and Telecommunications to visit the achievements of the Educational Broadcasting Cambodia (EBC) Project.

Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Project Management Committee on the Establishment and Operation of Education Nursery Using Information and Media Technology under the Grant Development Assistance Project of the Republic of Korea, accompany H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, to visit the achievements of EBC Establishment Project by inspecting the studios, editing rooms, recording rooms, and training rooms at the Cambodian Media Institutions with the participation of His Excellency, Ladies and Gentlemen, Secretary of State, Undersecretary of State, Director General, Deputy Director General, Technical Officer of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, and staff of the EBC.

EBC has been producing digital education content, developing digital content management nursery and training education nursery to contribute to the quality and comprehensive digital revolution in education and training for students, teachers, government officials and citizens across the country. EBC is a joint project between the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the Ministry of Information, with a grant from the Ministry of Science, Information and Communication Technology (MSIT) of the Republic of Korea and implemented by the Korean Education Broadcasting Station (EBS).

The Minister praised the great achievements of the working group and provided advice on promoting the use of digital content management nurseries and education nurseries in ministries, institutions, schools and universities to produce rich digital content. In particular, content related to digital literacy for students and digital education content in other fields.

H.E. Sok Puthyvuth reported on the background of the project, challenges, achievements and future direction of EBC. He highlighted the importance of establishing the EBC, especially during the Covid-19 crisis, which accelerated the adoption of digital technology to develop education and training in Cambodia. This project is also an implementation activity under the framework of Digital Economy and Social Policy 2021-2035, Digital Government Policy 2022-2035 and 2022 Education Technology Roadmap for digital transformation in education and training and building a digital community.
