ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ អញ្ជើញដឹកនាំមន្ត្រីជំនាញធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចនៅទីស្នាក់ការថ្មីនៃអង្គជំនុំជម្រះវិសាមញ្ញក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជា

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ រសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ អញ្ជើញដឹកនាំមន្ត្រីជំនាញធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចនៅទីស្នាក់ការថ្មីនៃអង្គជំនុំជម្រះវិសាមញ្ញក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជា (អ.វ.ត.ក) ដោយមានការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងរាក់ទាក់ពី ឯកឧត្តម ក្រាញ់ តូនី ប្រធានរដ្ឋបាលស្តីទី និងមន្ដ្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់របស់ អ.វ.ត.ក។

ឯកឧត្តម ក្រាញ់ តូនី បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីសមិទ្ធផលដែលសម្រេចបានដោយជោគជ័យរបស់ អ.វ.ត.ក ក្នុងការជំនុំជម្រះក្ដីលើអតីតមេដឹកនាំខ្មែរក្រហមអស់រយៈពេល ១៦ ឆ្នាំមកនេះ ដោយបានរួមចំណែកដល់ការរក្សាបានសន្ដិភាព ការផ្សះផ្សារផ្លូវចិត្តរបស់ជនរងគ្រោះ ការមិនមានការសងសឹកនិងចងគំនុំគ្នាក្នុងសង្គមជាតិ និងការបំបាត់បានវប្បធម៌និទណ្ឌភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។ សមិទ្ធផលនេះជាកេរដំណែលដ៏ធំធេងរបស់ សម្តេចវិបុលបញ្ញា សុខ អាន ដែលបានខិតខំនិងលះបង់កំលាំងកាយ ចិត្ត និងប្រាជ្ញា លើការងារ អ.វ.ត.ក នាពេលកន្លងមក។

បន្ទាប់មក ឯកឧត្តម ថោង សុជាតិ មន្រ្តីគ្រប់គ្រងជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃ អ.វ.ត.ក បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីផែនការសកម្មភាពលម្អិតរយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំ របស់ អ.វ.ត.ក ពីឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ដល់ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រួមមាន៖ ការងារគតិយុត្តមួយចំនួនជាពិសេសពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការឃ្លាំមើលការអនុវត្តទោស ការធ្វើចំណាត់ថ្នាក់ឯកសារសំណុំរឿងឡើងវិញពីសម្ងាត់ទៅជាសាធារណៈ ការគ្រប់គ្រងនិងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយបណ្ណសារនៃសំណុំរឿងអស់ដែលមានជាង៣លានទំព័រ ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយនិងអប់រំក្នុងស្មារតីលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងនៃដំណើរការកាត់សេចក្តី សមិទ្ធផលនិងកេរតំណែលរបស់ អ.វ.ត.ក ដល់យុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយ។

បន្ទាប់ពីបទបង្ហាញ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ ថ្លែងកោតសរសើរលើសមទ្ធិផលរបស់ អ.វ.ត.ក ក៏ដូចជា ការរៀបចំផែនការសកម្មភាពបន្ត ដើម្បីថែរក្សាសមទ្ធិផលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយនិងអប់រំដល់យុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយអំពីកេរដំណែល អ.វ.ត.ក និងតម្លៃសន្ដិភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។ ឯកឧត្តមគាំទ្រទាំងស្រុងនូវសកម្មភាពបន្តរបស់ អ.វ.ត.ក និងបានឯកភាពឱ្យមានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាង អ.វ.ត.ក និងស្ថាប័នផ្សព្វផ្សាយអប់រំកម្ពុជា (Educational Broadcasting Cambodia) លើការផលិតមាតិកាផ្សព្វផ្សាយរបស់អ.វ.ត.ក។ អង្គប្រជុំក៏បានពិភាក្សាគ្នាលើលទ្ធភាពនៃការរៀបចំគម្រោងសាកល្បងរួមគ្នាលើការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាក្នុងតុលាការ ដូចជា ការធានាបានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់និងភាពស្អាតស្អំនៃប្រពន័្ធយុត្តិធម៌ ការផ្តល់សេវាយុត្តិធម៌អោយបានខិតជិតដល់អ្នកត្រូវការសេវា និងតុលាការអេឡិចត្រូនិក ដែលធ្លាប់អនុវត្តនៅ អ.វ.ត.ក ជាមួយក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ ក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នានា។

H.E. Sok Puthyvuth and delegates visit the new office of Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC)

H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, led a delegation to visit the new office of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) with warm welcoming by H.E. Tony Kranh, Acting Director of Administration and Senior Officials of the ECCC.

H.E. Tony Kranh spoke about the successful achievements of the ECCC in the trial of former Khmer Rouge leaders over the past 16 years, contributing to the maintenance of peace and victim’s psychological healing, non revenge and hatred in society and eradication of the culture of impunity in Cambodia. These achievements are a great legacy of Samdech Vibol Panha Sok An, who worked hard and sacrificed his physical and mental strength and wisdom for ECCC in the past.

Then H.E. Thong Socheat, Senior Management Officer of the ECCC, presented a detailed 3-year action plans from 2023 to 2025 includes: some legal works, especially related to monitoring the enforcement of sentences, reclassification of case files from confidential to public, management and dissemination more than 3 million pages of archives, outreaching and educating the ECCC trial process, achievements and legacy to the younger generation.

After the presentation, H.E. Sok Puthyvuth praised the achievements of the ECCC, as well as the preparation of action plans to maintain and educate the younger generation about the ECCC legacy and the value of peace in Cambodia. He fully supported the ongoing activities of the ECCC and agreed to cooperate on the production of ECCC outreach content between ECCC and Educational Broadcasting Cambodia. The meeting also discussed the possibility of conducting joint pilot project on the use of technology in the courts, such as ensuring the high efficiency and transparency of justice system, the provision of judicial services to citizen closer and e-court that have practiced at the ECCC, with the Ministry of Justice, relevant line ministries and development partners.
