រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានអញ្ជេីញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបាឋកថាស្ដីអំពី “ការវិវត្តនៃវិស័យទូរគមនាគមន៍នៅកម្ពុជា” ជូនដល់សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងនិស្សិត នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិពហុបច្ចេកទេសកម្ពុជា ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ជា វ៉ាន់ដេត រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោក លោកស្រី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អគ្គនាយក និងមន្ត្រី នៃក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ និងនិស្សិត នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិពហុបច្ចេកទេសកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធីនេះប្រារព្ធធ្វើនៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិពហុបច្ចេកទេសកម្ពុជា៕

H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications was invited to participate in a lecture on “Development of Telecommunications in Cambodia” for professors, teachers and students of the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia ‘NPIC’ under the high presidency of H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, with the participation of His Excellencies, Secretary of State, Undersecretary of State, Director General and officials at the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia campus.
