Sok Puthyvuth, Member of the Central Committee of the CPP, Vice Chairman of the Strategic Planning Department of Central Youth CPP and Chairman of the CPP Youth Working Group of Ministry of Post and Telecommunications participated in the strategic planning locomotive meeting chaired by H.E. Pov Polynel, Chief of Strategic Planning Department, with the participation of Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Vice-Chairmen of the Strategic Planning Department and Chairmen, Vice-Chairmen and members of the Strategic Planning subordinates Working Group via video conference (Zoom).
