Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications attends The Third Meeting of the Joint Economic Commission between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Turkey under the high presidency of H.E. Pan Sosak, Minister of Commerce and H.E. Prof Dr. Vahit Kirisci, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey, with the participation of leaders and experts from relevant ministries and institutions of the Republic of Turkey at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal.
