សាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម៖ ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានដឹកនាំប្រតិភូចូលរួមពិធីផ្សព្វផ្សាយរបាយការណ៍សិក្សាអំពីការពង្រីកការតភ្ជាប់អ៊ីនធឺណិតល្បឿនលឿននៅអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ សម្រាប់ជំរុញការវិនិយោគនិងការប្រកួតប្រជែង ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយគម្លាតឌីជីថល (Extending Broadband Connectivity in Southeast Asia : Promoting investment and competition to close digital divides) រៀបចំដោយអង្គការសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development – OECD) ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងប្រទេសមកពីតំបន់អាស៊ាន សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអង្គការ OECD និងមន្ត្រីគោលនយោបាយជាន់ខ្ពស់ ប្រមាណ ២០នាក់។
របាយការណ៍សិក្សានេះផ្តោតលើការពង្រីកការតភ្ជាប់អ៊ីនធឺណិតល្បឿនលឿនក្នុងប្រទេសទាំងដប់នៅតំបន់អាស៊ាន ដោយក្នុងនោះមានជំពូកមួយសិក្សាពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលបង្ហាញពីភាពជឿនលឿនសំខាន់ៗក្នុងការតភ្ជាប់ឌីជីថល
ការវិភាគស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ននិងបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងការផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍គន្លឹះៗសម្រាប់ពង្រីកការតភ្ជាប់អ៊ីនធឺណិត។
ក្នុងពិធីនេះ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញឱ្យថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាគន្លឹះ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ន បញ្ហាប្រឈមនៃការតភ្ជាប់ឌីជីថល គោលនយោបាយនិងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធឌីជីថល និងគម្រោងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធឌីជីថលនានា ដែលរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកំពុងអនុវត្ត ដែលជាឃ្នាស់ក្នុងការជំរុញបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល ដើម្បីចូលរួមកសាងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមឌីជីថល ស្របទៅនឹងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ នៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា នីតិកាលទី៧ ដឹកនាំដោយ សម្ដេចមហាបវវធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, leads Delegates to Launch Study Report on Expansion of High Speed Internet Connection in Southeast Asia.
Socialist Republic of Vietnam: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, led a delegation to disseminate a study report on the Extending Broadband Connectivity in Southeast Asia: Promoting Investment and Competition to Close Digital Divides, organized by Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) from ASEAN, the Republic of Korea, the Secretary-General of the OECD and about 20 senior policy officials.
This study focuses on the expansion of high-speed internet connections in ten ASEAN countries, including a chapter on Cambodia that highlights key advances in digital connectivity.
Analysis of the current situation and challenges and recommendations for expanding the Internet connection.
During the ceremony, H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State, was invited to deliver a keynote address on the current situation, the challenges of digital connectivity, digital infrastructure policies and strategies, and the various digital infrastructure projects being implemented by the Royal Government, which are key to promoting the digital revolution to participate in building a digital economy and society in line with the Pentagon strategy, the first phase of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the seventh legislature, led by Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Maneth, Prime Minister of Cambodia.
