រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ រសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងស្តីពីការបង្កើតនិងប្រតិបត្តិការថ្នាលអប់រំដោយប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍ព័ត៌មាននិងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ក្រោមគម្រោងជំនួយអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឥតសំណងរបស់សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ បានដឹកនាំកម្មវិធីទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាស្តីពីការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធអេកូស៊ីសស្តែមអប់រំបែបឌីជីថល នៅស្ថាប័នផ្សព្វផ្សាយអប់រំកម្ពុជា (Educational Broadcasting Cambodia – EBC) ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជារដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អគ្គនាយក និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញ មកពីក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ និងក្រសួងការងារនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ប្រមាណ ៥០នាក់។

កម្មវិធីទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះមានគោលបំណង៖

• បង្ហាញអំពីការផលិតមាតិកាឌីជីថល ការធ្វើឌីជីថលនីយកម្មមេរៀន ការរៀបចំថ្នាលអប់រំឌីជីថល ការតម្លើងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនានា ដើម្បីជំរុញបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ

• ចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍និងចំណេះដឹងលើការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងការអប់រំនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ជាពិសេសដំណើរការកម្មវិធីសាកល្បងនៅ វិទ្យាល័យ ហ៊ុន សែន សេរីភាព

• កសាងភាពជាដៃគូរវាងក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីជំរុញបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងការអប់រំនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល។

ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្ត្រីមកពីក្រសួងទាំងពីរបានពិនិត្យបន្ទប់ស្ទូឌីយូ បន្ទប់កាត់ត បន្ទប់បញ្ចូលសម្លេង និងបន្ទប់បណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងការរៀបចំថ្នាលសិក្សាតាមបែបឌីជីថល សម្រាប់ជំរុញល្បឿននៃការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរបស់ក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីបង្កើនធនធានមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជា ស្របទៅនឹងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ នៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា នីតិកាលទី៧ ដឹកនាំដោយសម្ដេចមហាបវធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, led a study tour on the organization of digital education ecosystems at Educational Broadcasting Cambodia.

Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, and Chairman of the Project Management Committee on the Establishment and Operation of Education Kindergarten Using Information and Media Technology under the Grant Development Project of the Republic of Korea, conducted a study tour on Educational Broadcasting Cambodia (EBC) on the organization of digital education ecosystems with the participation of His Excellency, Lok Chumteav, Secretary of State, Undersecretary of State, and experts from the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Labor and vocational training for about 50 people.

The purpose of this study tour is:

• Demonstrate digital content production, digitalization of lessons, design of digital education nurseries, installation of training infrastructure to promote digital transformation in education and vocational training.

• Share experiences and knowledge on digital revolution in education and training, especially the pilot program at Hun Sen Sereypheap High School

• Build partnerships between relevant ministries and institutions to promote digital transformation in education and training.

Leaders and officials from both ministries inspected studios, cutting rooms, recording rooms, and training rooms, and set up digital nurseries to accelerate the digital transformation of education and training of relevant ministries and institutions to increase human resources of Cambodia are in line with the Pentagon Strategy, the first phase of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the seventh legislature, led by Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Maneth, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
