Sok Puthyvuth, Member of the Permanent Committee of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia-Takeo, participated in a Sand Piling Ceremony under the high leadership of H.E. Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, located at My Village north of Bayon Temple.
