Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, was the guest speaker at a panel discussion on “Citizens’ Space at the Digital Forum” at the “Together for a Better Future” workshop with the participation of members of the Cooperation Committee For Cambodia, civil society partners, organizations and development actors, including government officials, private sector development partners, representatives of local community organizations and about 200 young people at the Himawari Hotel.
