Patrick Murphy ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អគ្គនាយក មន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ និងផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យឌីជីថល នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Raffles Le Royal។

Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, participated in the opening ceremony of the “5G and Cambodia’s Digital Future” under the high presidency of H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, and His Excellency W. Patrick Murphy, US Ambassador of Cambodia, with the participation of His Excellency the Secretary of State, Undersecretary of State, Director General, Professional officers of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Digital Development at the Raffles Le Royal Hotel.
