Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, attended the Closing Ceremony of the 2022 Annual Meeting, and 2023 Work direction, and Election for the Chairman of the Board, the President of the Federation, and the Board Members of the Rice Federation of Cambodia for the fourth mandate under the high presidency of H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the Economic and Financial Policy Committee at Sofitel Phnom Penh.
