Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, participated in laying wreaths in honor of the 69th Anniversary of National Independence Day (November 9, 1953 – November 9, 2022) under the presidency of H.E. Khay KhunHeng, Secretary of State, High Representative, H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, at the Independence Monument and paid tribute to His Majesty King Norodom Sihanouk, King Father of Independence and the Khmer National Unity “Preah Borom Ratanakoth” at the park center east of the Independence Monument.
