Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) and Deputy Secretary General of the National Council for Economic and Digital Society, chaired a meeting to review and discuss the organization the general secretariat of the national council for digital economy and society, with the participation of H.E. Kong Mary, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MoEF) and Deputy Secretary General of the National Council for Digital Economy and Society, together with the leaders and technical officers of MoEF and MPTC at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
