H.E. Sok Puthyvuth attends a ceremony to pay tribute to the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk, His Majesty the King Father, Independence, Territorial Integrity and National Unity of Cambodia “Preah Borom Ratanakod ”

Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, attended a ceremony to pay tribute to the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk, His Majesty the King Father, Independence, Territorial Integrity and National Unity of Cambodia “Preah Borom Ratanakod ”and laid a wreath on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the death of His Majesty the King, led by H.E. Khay Khun Heng, Secretary of State, High Representative, H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications at the statue.
