រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ រសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងស្តីពីការបង្កើតនិងប្រតិបត្តិការថ្នាលអប់រំដោយប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍ព័ត៌មាន និងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ក្រោមជំនួយឥតសំណងរបស់សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ បានទទួលជួបនិងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម ក្រាញ់ តូនី ប្រធានរដ្ឋបាលស្តីទីនិងមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់មកពីអង្គជំនុំជម្រះវិសាមញ្ញក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជា (អ.វ.ត.ក) នៅស្ថាប័នផ្សព្វផ្សាយអប់រំកម្ពុជា (Educational Broadcasting Cambodia – EBC)។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ បានជម្រាបជូន ឯកឧត្តម ក្រាញ់ តូនី និងគណៈប្រតិភូ ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការបង្កើត EBC ជាពិសេសក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនៃវិបត្តិកូវីដ-១៩ ដែលបានពន្លឿនការចាប់យកបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល សំដៅអភិវឌ្ឍការអប់រំ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផ្សេងៗនៅកម្ពុជា។ បន្ថែមលើនេះ គម្រោងនេះក៏ជាសកម្មភាពអាទិភាពមួយក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌគោលនយោបាយសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមឌីជីថល ២០២១-២០៣៥ និងគោលនយោបាយរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថល ២០២២-២០៣៥ ដើម្បីកសាងពលរដ្ឋឌីជីថលប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន។
អង្គប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សាអំពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាង EBC និង អ.វ.ត.ក លើការបង្កើតមាតិកានិងប្រើប្រាស់ថ្នាលសិក្សាឌីជីថសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីសិក្សារបស់សិស្ស មាតិកាឌីជីថលផ្សេងៗសម្រាប់ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងឯកសារឬភាពយន្ត អំពីដំណើរការកាត់សេចក្តីនៃអង្គជំនុំជម្រះវិសាមញ្ញក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជាកន្លងមក ដែលបានរួមចំណែកដល់ការរក្សាបានសន្ដិភាព ការផ្សះផ្សារផ្លូវចិត្តរបស់ជនរងគ្រោះ ការមិនមានការសងសឹកនិងចងគំនុំគ្នាក្នុងសង្គមជាតិ និងការបំបាត់បានវប្បធម៌និទណ្ឌភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។
នាឱកាសនោះដែរ គណៈប្រតិភូនៃ អ.វ.ត.ក បានទស្សនកិច្ចបន្ទប់ស្ទូឌីយូ បន្ទប់កាត់ត បន្ទប់បញ្ចូលសម្លេង និងបន្ទប់បណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៅ EBC។ បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ EBC បាននឹងកំពុងផលិតមាតិកាអប់រំឌីជីថល អភិវឌ្ឍថ្នាលគ្រប់គ្រងមាតិកាឌីជីថល និងថ្នាលអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកជំរុញវិស័យអប់រំប្រកបដោយគុណភាព បានទូលំទូលាយដល់គ្រូ សិស្សានុសិស្ស មន្ត្រីរាជការ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទូទាំងប្រទេស។

Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Project Management Committee on the Establishment and Operation of Education Nursery Using Information and Media Technology under the Grant Assistance of the Republic of Korea, received and discussed with H.E. Kranh Tony, Acting Director of Administration and senior officials from the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) at Educational Broadcasting Cambodia (EBC).
To begin with, H.E. Sok Puthyvuth informed H.E. Kranh Tony and the delegation of the importance of establishing the EBC, especially during the Covid-19 crisis, which accelerated the adoption of digital technology to develop education and training in Cambodia. In addition, this project is also a priority activity within the framework of Digital Economy and Social Policy 2021-2035 and Digital Government Policy 2022-2035 to build a digital environment.
The meeting discussed the cooperation between the EBC and the ECCC on the creation of content and the use of digital nurseries for student curricula, digital content for dissemination, and documents or films on the Extraordinary Chambers’ proceedings. In the past, Cambodian courts have contributed to the maintenance of peace, the psychological reconciliation of victims, the lack of revenge and hatred in society, and the elimination of the culture of impunity in Cambodia.
On that occasion, the ECCC delegation visited the studio, editing room, sound room and training room at EBC. EBC is currently producing digital education content, developing digital content management nursery and training nursery to contribute to the promotion of quality education to teachers, students, government officials and citizens across the country.
