Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, delivers a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony of the workshop on “Uses and Benefits of Machine Learning through Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Health Sector” and disseminates the research results of the project “Participating in Reducing Antiviral Drug Resistance Using Machine Learning through Artificial Intelligence (AI)”, under the high presidency of H.E. Chheang Ra, Minister of Health, with the participation of His Excellencies, Luk Chumteav, Ladies and Gentlemen, national and international guests at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Hotel.
