Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, attended the Opening Ceremony of the Seminar on Online Safety and TikTok Guidelines
, under the high presidency of H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, with the participation of H.E., Luk Chumteav, the Ministry’s leaders and representatives of ministries and institutions, Ms. Chanida Klyphum, Head of Public Policy of TikTok for Southeast Asia and colleagues, as well as journalists, content producers and the public, a total of approximately 250 people, at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.
