Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, chaired a meeting to discuss the National Web Portal project with the participation of experts from the International Cooperation Agency. Korea (KOICA), Expert of the Republic of Korea, Director General, and Professional Officers of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications at the Information Technology Security Center (SOC), Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.
