Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) and Deputy Secretary General of the Digital Economic and Social Council, chaired a meeting to review and discuss the organization of the General Secretariat of the Digital Economic and Social Council with the participation of H.E. Kong Mary, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MoEF) and Deputy Secretary General of the Digital Economic and Social Council, together with the leaders and technical officers of the MoEF and MPTC via video Conference (zoom).
