ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍បានអញ្ជើញផ្ដល់បទសម្ភាសន៍ ក្នុងសន្និសីទ ITU Plenipotentiary 2022 (PP-22) ដែលរៀបចំដោយសហភាពទូរគមនាគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ (ITU) នៅទីក្រុង Bucharest ប្រទេសរ៉ូម៉ានី។
ក្នុងសន្និសីទនេះក៏មានការរៀបចំបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំថ្មីរបស់សហភាពទូរគមនាគមន៍អន្តរជាតិផងដែរ។ ក្នុងនោះមានមុខតំណែងអគ្គលេខាធិការ អគ្គលេខាធិការរង នាយកការិយាល័យទាំងបីរបស់ ITU សមាជិកនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសហភាពទូរគមនាគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ និងសមាជិកនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលបទប្បញ្ញត្តិវិទ្យុ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្ដមក៏បានលេីកឡេីងអំពីការបង្កើតក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមឌីជីថល ដែលដឹកនាំដោយសម្តេចនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន គាំទ្រដោយមានគណៈកម្មាធិការចំនួនបីរួមមាន៖ គណៈកម្មាធិការរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថល គណៈកម្មាធិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងធុរកិច្ចឌីជីថល និងគណៈកម្មាធិការសន្តិសុខឌីជីថល។ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឌីជីថលរបស់កម្ពុជា ជាការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់ដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅការកំណត់ទិសដៅច្បាស់លាស់សម្រាប់រដ្ឋាភិបាលទាំងមូលដើម្បីឆ្ពោះទៅមុខ និងការសម្រេចបាននូវចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់យើងក្នុងការធ្វើឱ្យប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្លាយជាប្រទេសដែលមានប្រាក់ចំណូលខ្ពស់នៅឆ្នាំ 2050។

H.E. Sok Puthyvuth Gives an Interview at ITU Plenipotentiary 2022 (PP-22)

H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), gives an interview at the ITU Plenipotentiary 2022 (PP-22) organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Bucharest, Romania.
The conference also features the election of a new leader of ITU include the Secretary-General, the Deputy Secretary-General of the three ITU offices, members of Council of the ITU and members of the Radio Regulatory Commission.
On that occasion, H.E. also spoke about the establishment of the Digital Economic and Social Council, led by Prime Minister Hun Sen, with the support of three committees: the Digital Government Committee, the Digital Economy and Business Committee, and the Digital Security Committee. Cambodia’s digital transformation is an important turning point in the process of setting a clear direction for the entire government to move forward and achieving our vision of making Cambodia a high-income country in 2050.
