Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, joined H.E. Park Heung-Kyeong, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Cambodia, inspects the implementation of a project on the establishment and operation of educational nurseries using information, communication technology, and Media, with the participation of experts from the Republic of Korea and representatives of Cambodian Educational Institutions.
