Please respect and fully support the highest statement on the initiative of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia to amend the Election Law to reform the “right to stand for election”.

This reform is to further strengthen and enhance the democratic process in Cambodia, especially for the future leaders, both national and sub-national level, who are elected through elections, have a high level of responsibility to the nation and people and this responsibility must start from the consistent implementation of the right to vote, which is the obligation of every citizen to the nation in a democratic society.
