Takeo: H.E. Dr. Med. Sok Pheng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health and Co-Chair of the Royal Government Working Group for Traing District and H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Co-Chair of the Royal Government Working Group on Traing District presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 625-meter concrete road, a project of Treang District Administration, located in Svay Village, Thlok Commune, Traing District, Takeo Province, with the participation of Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, Vice-Chairmen and members of the Royal Government Working Group 14 communes, Chairman and members of Traing District Council, Board of Governors and officials of Traing District Administration, Chairman of 14 Commune Councils, village chiefs, village security guards and villagers around 320 people.
